Please fix this, give us an option for full screen. his is very annoying: when Im in portrait, the image is too small when Im in landscape, theres this horrible upper bar, which covers a good third quarter of the screen and thus covers the content (shared screen PowerPoint presentation). That may be a good option in the future though since Skype is well known and common. Our school uses Skype for video calls during the quarantine. I attended a couple of multi-day online courses recently that used the Lync web app to connect to the students and it was very smooth and problem free in both cases.Ī web version of Skype is in Beta, but it's currently invitation only.

I believe Lync is only available for enterprises, not home consumers, so that doesn't seem like a viable screenshare option.
